Morocco Pet Relocation is a service of Das Logistics, based in Casablanca, Morocco, specialising in the international transport of pets. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use our website and services.

Data we collect
When you fill in our quote form, we collect the information you provide: full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, departure and destination location, pet details (species, breed, age, weight, health status) and travel details (planned dates and destinations).
We also automatically collect technical and analytics data such as device type, browser, pages viewed and performance metrics, in order to improve how the site works.
How we use it
We use your data to prepare and send you a personalised quote, arrange the transport of your pet, complete the required administrative and health formalities, and communicate with you throughout your case.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you submit the quote form) and of the performance of a service you ask us to provide. Some data may also be processed to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
Sharing
To arrange the transport of your pet, we may share strictly necessary data with airlines, veterinarians, customs and health authorities (in particular ONSSA), our email provider (Brevo) and our hosting provider (Vercel).
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Cookies & analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure aggregated audience and performance metrics for the site. We do not use advertising trackers or marketing profiling.
Data retention
We keep your data only for as long as needed to prepare your quote and deliver the service, and then for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.

International transfers
International pet transport inherently involves sharing data with partners located in different countries (airlines, authorities of the destination country). These transfers are limited to the information necessary to complete your journey.
